Many people take supplementation in their daily health routines and may not realize that their money may be just as useful as flushing it down the toilet. As you can see, if you are not taking a high quality supplement it may not be absorbed by the body through the small or large intestine. If you are taking a pill form supplement you may need to break it in half in order for your stomach acid to get through the binding material that holds it together. The binding material is important to the manufacturer for a long shelf life and shipping purposes. But, it is harder for your body to break them down as a result.
As you can see, it can go through your entire system and be a complete waste of money. Centrum Silver and those types of supplements are almost all artificial and are hard for the body to absorb anyway. Get a high quality whole food based vitamin supplement. You really do need to know what the source of your vitamins and minerals are. Especially, if you are putting them into your body, for optimal functioning and health.
Now here is the nerve system connection… pardon the pun. If you have pressure in the nerve system, and the messages from the brain and body are not optimal, you will not absorb nutrients as well. Therefore, it doesn’t matter what you spend your money on as far as supplements. Natural supplements are good, but more importantly, you need to make sure you have a proper nerve system that is healing and self-regulating as close to 100% as possible.
The nerve system literally runs everything. You will not detoxify as well as you should either. Detoxification is just as important as absorbing the proper nutrients. Your nerve system runs this too. This is really important for people trying to lose fat weight and build muscle tone. For some people this is the more important aspect of the way we function.
This x-ray shows multiple “bed pan” bullets because they will eventually end up in the bed pan traditionally. This is not a new thing. Even Hippocrates said “…let food be your medicine.”
Here’s another tip. Take supplements with lukewarm or room temperature water, that way the body doesn’t have to spend energy heating them up or cooling them down first to get to proper breakdown temperature.
