It is a principle in health that people may or may not be aware of…the survival factors.
The basic truth is this: do you do more constructive or destructive things for your survival or health? How these factors average out as the winner will determine your positive or negative survival factors.

|Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night?|
|Eat mostly processed foods high in preservatives and other chemicals?|
|Eat “fast food”?|
|Eat foods containing artificial sweeteners?|
|Drink your weight in ounces of water?|
|Exercise moderately daily or 4-5 times weekly?|
|Eat mostly unprocessed, natural and whole foods?|
|Take prescription drugs?|
|Take over the counter medications?|
|Have a low stress life-style?|
|Have a high stress life– style?|
|Have spiritual or meditation time daily?|
|Have exposure to environmental poisons?|
|Take a natural-based multi-vitamin and multi-mineral?|
|Have all your God-given parts?|
|Practice good hygiene?|
|Have a clean air work or home environment?|
**Realize that if you answer “NO” to the constructive survival values, they are destructive and vice versa.
